Jointlyconsidered，thecausesofthedecayofTradeinthem，maybesaideithertobeDeficientorEfficient。Deficient，eitherinthegenerallwantofmoneyintheKingdome；ortheparticularwantoftheEastIndiastocke。Ishewedbefore，whatwerethecausesofthewantofmoney：&thatthedisasterupontheEastIndiaTradeisaremotecausethereof：butthesearebothcausesofthedecayoftrade。Formoneyisthevitallspiritoftrade，andifthespiritsfaile，needsmustthebodyfaint。
